Rankin Yards

Rankin Yards is a 19-building, 612,000 square foot crane-served advanced manufacturing campus with significant heavy power infrastructure. We acquired the campus in April 2026 and plan to add about 88,000 SF of leasable space, bringing the total to roughly 700,000 SF.

The Property consists of a mix of crane-served manufacturing buildings and supporting office space suited for advanced manufacturing, energy services, and heavy industrial users. Located in North Houston near George Bush Intercontinental Airport, the campus benefits from immediate access to the Hardy Toll Road, I-45, and Beltway 8, providing strong regional connectivity. Significant on-site power infrastructure and functional building configurations differentiate the campus within one of Houston’s most established industrial corridors.
