ShadySide

ShadySide is a 63,000 square foot ground-up creative office project in an Austin Opportunity Zone, among the first of its kind in Texas.

Located in the Think East neighborhood, the development is designed to support more than 300 net new jobs while delivering modern workspace in a rapidly evolving East Austin district. The project also incorporates the adaptive reuse of a 2,000 square foot historic home, creating the area’s first on-site eatery and adding neighborhood-oriented activation. Its infill location provides efficient access to the Austin CBD and Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, reinforcing strong long-term demand.
