
The project consisted of two buildings totaling 47,500 square feet and occupied by Caliber Collision and Austin Community College under long-term leases. Its location at the entrance to the St. Elmo District provided strong visibility, immediate access to East Ben White Boulevard, and favorable as-of-right height allowances for future redevelopment. PlaceMKR exited the asset in 2021 following strong investor demand for well-located infill sites with stable cash flow and strategic optionality.
